Getting Started

ARIS AI works in your browser. No installation. Just sign up at app.arisai.ir and you are ready to go.

Supported browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari (mobile too).

Creating a New Job

Click the "New Job" button on the dashboard. Give your report a name (e.g., "Mrs. Ahmadi - Chest CT"), choose your preferred AI tier, and select a specialty template. Your job will be queued for processing.

You can also submit text directly without recording audio using the text input option.

Dictating Your Findings

Three options for getting your text into ARIS AI:

• Record with microphone: Click the record button, speak naturally, and click stop when done. ARIS AI transcribes your voice automatically.
• Upload an audio file: If you already have a recorded voice file, click "Choose File" and select it from your computer.
• Type or paste text: If you prefer typing or already have notes, paste them directly into the text field.

Speak naturally like you are talking to a colleague. No special commands or structured phrases are needed. The AI handles medical terminology automatically.

Append voice: Need to add more findings to an existing job? Use the "Transcribe & Append Text" button to record additional audio and append it to the same report.

Specialty Templates

ARIS AI offers a wide range of specialty-specific templates that help the AI structure your report correctly for each modality and body region:

• General Radiology
• CT Chest, CT Abdomen/Pelvis, CT Neuro, CT MSK, CT Vascular
• MRI Brain, MRI Spine
• Ultrasound: Thyroid, Breast, OB/GYN
• X-Ray
• And more being added regularly.

Choose the template that matches your study — the AI will follow the appropriate structure and terminology for that specialty.

Editing & Reprocessing

You can edit the transcribed text before sending it to the AI for formatting. If the AI-generated report needs changes, simply edit the text and reprocess with a different template or a higher AI tier.

The "Report from text" feature lets you re-run the AI processing on the same transcription with a different template or AI model — without having to dictate again. This is useful when you want to try a different report style or improve the output quality.

Downloading Reports

Reports download as DOCX (Microsoft Word) files. You can download individual reports directly from the job list, or batch download multiple reports as a ZIP archive.

The DOCX files use professional medical report templates, ready for printing, signing, or attaching to patient records.

Account & Billing

From the "My Account" page, you can view your usage history, check your credit balance, and add credit to your account. Admins can manage users and view billing totals from the Admin panel.

ARIS AI uses a pay-as-you-go model. You only pay for what you use — no subscriptions, no hidden fees.
